this information in any way whatsoever.
We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, merchantability
or fitness for a particular purpose of any of the information
shown on the AYOR website. In no
circumstances shall AYOR be liable for any
injury, loss, claim, damage, or any special, incidental,
indirect or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages
whatsoever which arise from or is in any way connected with any
information or products on the AYOR Web site
Pricing
Our Jewelry is all priced & charged in $US. We also provide an
estimated currency conversion to Euros, British Pounds &
Australian Dollars. This is a guide only & the actual exchange
rate may differ.
Expected Order Dispatch time
We aim to ship orders within 24 hours & rarely need
more than 48 hours before an order is dispatched (not
including holidays & weekends). In the rare event that we cannot
ship within this time we will contact you to arrange a later
shipping date or full refund of payment.
Expected Delivery time
Standard Shipping - Registered Airmail 7 - 14 days (USA
& Canada 21 days)
As you are no doubt aware, international airmail does
occasionally experience delays which are not within our control.
Should your order be delayed beyond the expected delivery date
please first check with your local post office using the
registration number provided. If your order has not arrived
within 21 days (30 days USA & Canada) & your local post office cannot help you
to locate it, please contact us & we will do our best to locate
the package. In the rare event that the post office confirm that
a package has been lost we will arrange a replacement as soon as
possible.
Please note the expected shipping times before placing an
order. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled.
Exchanges & Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with the non piercing type Jewelry you receive
from us please notify us within 7 days of delivery & we
will issue an exchange code for you to return the jewelry (at
your own cost) to us in Bangkok, Thailand for exchange.
Any Jewelry returned to us remains the responsibility of the
customer until it reaches our office. We recommend using
registered airmail for any return shipments so that you can
track the order in the event of us not receiving a shipment.
We reserve the right to request photographic evidence of any
problem should we feel this is necessary.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse to fulfill
any orders for any reason. Should we exercise this right we will
of course refund any payments made. We also reserve the right to
hold any orders where we have doubts about the authenticity of a
credit card or suspect credit card fraud. In the event that we
have any doubts about a card purchase we may contact you to
request further proof of identity & card ownership. Please work
with us on this as it is also protecting the interests of all
legitimate credit card users.
We will always strive to reach a satisfactory conclusion to
any complaint or error on our part but reserve the right to
strictly adhere to the above conditions.
