| AYOR currently ship all orders directly from our base
in Bangkok, Thailand. Due to our location the only cost
effective shipping for small items is Registered Airmail
which is set as our standard shipping method on checkout.

depending on your location
Expected Order Dispatch time
We aim to ship orders within 24 hours & rarely need
more than 48 hours before an order is dispatched (not
including holidays & weekends). In the rare event that we cannot
ship within this time we will contact you to arrange a later
shipping date or full refund of payment.
Expected Delivery time
Standard Shipping - Registered Airmail 7 - 14 days (USA
& Canada 21 days)
As you are no doubt aware, international airmail does
occasionally experience delays which are not within our control.
Should your order be delayed beyond the expected delivery date
please first check with your local post office using the
registration number provided. If your order has not arrived
within 21 days (30 days USA & Canada) & your local post office cannot help you
to locate it, please contact us & we will do our best to locate
the package. In the rare event that the post office confirm that
a package has been lost we will arrange a replacement as soon as
possible.
Please note the expected shipping times before placing an
order. Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled or
returned without incurring shipping expenses for both
directions.
